This 5 week program is for yogini and athletes looking for a great stretching session, strength exercises, and increased body awareness. Each week we will focus on a different part of the body to help gain flexibility and strength in a specific area. Every class will begin with a meditation focused on the different aspects of sports psychology. Become a more comfortable, confident, and stronger athlete in whatever sport you prefer!
Who is it for? Yogini and athletes with some yoga experience ore anyone looking to bring better balance to their training.
