I’m a passionate skier, biker and yogi, offering yoga retreats combined with ski or mountain biking. The main goal of each retreat is to connect people through yoga, connecting with your body, learning about your anatomy, while improving your skills and keeping your body healthy, in balance and safe. I offer this by partnering with key yoga instructors and workshop facilitators that will help you reach your goals.

Friday night- get to know each other and our bikes. Fun!
Saturday- activation, breakie, Teena Talk, skills park, lunch, breather, epic trail (3 hours), dinner, special guest, film.
Sunday- activation, breakie, injury prevention talk, bike maintenance, lunch, downhill til three. Group shot tshirts, pack up.

Join Mountain Bike Certified instructors Jeff Mah and Audrey Duval in Golden BC for a long weekend of guided mountain biking paired with yoga classes each day. This weekend is all about improving your skills for becoming a better/stronger rider, as well as meeting new life-long friends.
You will leave this retreat with new friends, more confidence on your bike, more tools to keep your body strong and safe by practicing yoga, and memorable moments.

Regardless of your yoga experience or ability, you will be guided by the playful instruction of Jeff Mah. He will demonstrate how a yoga practice can improve your balance and awareness on your mountain bike.
Off the mat and off your bike there is lots of free time. Consider treating yourself to a massage, a mountain biking private session, private yoga session (additional investment- limited appointments) or simply reading a good book.

All participants will be hosted in a beautiful luxury home by Kicking Horse Resort, a few minutes from all the biking trails. Each bedroom are shared with two single beds per room.
3 guided bike rides (Saturday, Sunday & Monday)
6 yoga sessions (Friday evening, Saturday &, Sunday morning/evening, Monday morning)
Retreat limited to 10 people; instructional ratio of 1:5
