2016 Schedule

Monday: 7 Week Arm Balance & Inversion Yoga  with Audrey & Jessica Pyper: 5:30pm to 7pm, Pre-Register class starting March 7th $105+GST

8 Week Slow Flow Flow-  7:30pm- 8:45pm, Pre-Register class, starting March 7th  $100+GST

Tuesday:  Slow Flow/ 7pm to 8:15pm, Lake Louise Recreational Centre

Wednesday: 12 Week Yoga for Athlete; 9:15am to 10:30am, Pre-Register class starting April 6th  $150+GST

  • Wish to do more than one class? Get a $30 discount if you register for two classes.
  • If you can’t attend a class you pre-registered for, we will offer a free make-up class of your choice to any of our other pre-registered classes with Audrey and Jessica Pyper.
  • Each class requires a minimum of 8 participants.

Yoga for cyclistMy yoga journey started after a ski injury. As a downhill ski and mountain bike coach I quickly learn the importance of practicing yoga as a complement to the sports I was already doing, it not only got me physically stronger, it gave me clarity in both my sports and my personal life.
Yoga grew on me, after being asked a few times if I was a teacher, it became clear that I wanted to share this new passion with my existing students.

Studying with Tiffany Cruikshank opened new doors. I became fascinated by alignment, anatomy, and the power of controlling your mind.

I take pleasure in creating class that will allow you to drop into your zone and get you ready for the next time you play on the mountain.You will be able to push yourself even more in life or to the next level in your favourite sports. I strive to share my passion all over the world.

I look forward to meeting you in this journey either on a ski slope, a mountain bike trail or on our yoga mats.
